Took car in for the 20,000 mile service. An appointment was made via phone and was met by a service representative who was very friendly and professional. Went to lunch with a friend and returned to pick the vehicle up. It was ready and in great shape having been washed. Again the service rep was great and I was on my way home. Thanks for this fine experience.

Recently had our first experience with VW of Grand Blanc, and it was terrific! Folks we met were attentive, professional and quite knowledgeable about the car. This business clearly invests in the skills of their employees, and it shows. Though the issue cannot be totally resolved yet through no fault of this service center, we will return there when a repair part becomes available.

We were 200 miles away from our family reunion when the tire on our 2024 Tiguan went flat. Jeremy said come straight over and he’d take care of us. We were in and out in an hour with a new tire. Thanks so much for going above and beyond
