Cameron was fantastic and provided excellent customer service. He took time to answer all my questions that I had in regards to transferring services and explained thoroughly the various plans offered. Even it was close to closing he was not rushing me and was very attentive to my needs. He went above and beyond the call of duty!!

Nicole was amazing. I needed a new phone desperately as mine was fatally damaged. She helped me with my new phone, transferring data, choosing accessories and did it all with a refreshingly sweet attitude. I love her!!!! And she laughed at my jokes. So important!!!! LOL

I usually hate going to get a new phone. I’m intimidated and feel helpless with technology. This time was wonderful. Go see Nicole! She will take great care of you. Very friendly and patient! Left feeling valued as a customer.

Store went downhill a little since covid. They are sales people so they are trying to sell everything and the kitchen sink, the employees are amazing, Chris, and Chloe were working the day I came in and absolutely love them but I miss the old team, Scott helped me with my original phone but isn't there anymore.

Mike and Chris were awesome. Their all around expertise and excellence made for a perfect purchasing experience! They should be commended for a job well done, as their were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and most importantly—kind. I sincerely hope Verizon management recognizes them for their fine work. It is rare these days to find employees who enjoy their jobs and are genuinely interested in truly meeting customer needs. I would recommend this Verizon store because of these fine employees.

Changing my rating from 5 stars to 1. This store makes a habit of lying to their customers apparently. Went in to upgrade my phone. Was told, word for word, that I would pay sales tax and a device upgrade fee. I get home, check my bill and my receipt and find out that was NOT my upgrade fee, and that this was a actually a “set up fee” just to transfer my information over to my phone and I was in fact getting charged that upgrade fee on my next bill. Had I known they would charge me this, I would have said no. I’m very capable of transferring my own information via iCloud backup. Will never be back to this store again and suggest you stay away as well. Will ONLY be visiting the real corporate Verizon stores going forward.

Chloe did an awesome job multitasking. She set up my new phone, new watch while taking care of a family of 3. I was very impressed and happy. She was professional and pleasant the entire time!!

My son and I went in for new phones and Dustin did an outstanding job. We were promptly assisted even though the store was busy. We appreciated the information he provided on the plans and we are very happy with the level of service we received.

First off, the staff is friendly and "helpful". But my experience once I agreed to purchase a phone was downhill from there. I felt like a lot of shady and untruthful things (very manipulative)were said- he priced two accessories for me, which I foolishly purchased. He had told me a price and then said he would give 30% off if I got two. I paid my bill (that he never showed me the actual bill- just had me sign and said he would email the receipt). I was activating a new phone and new that I wwas paying the taxes so I didn't question the price. I got home and he charged me $10 more per screen protector and took nothing off. To add insult to injury, they "accidently" changed the plan on my phone- I told them no, and they said they changed it back. Well, just looked at my actual phone bill and they did not change it back. When another phone was picked up a few weeks later, the manager tried saying it would be $280. No accessories were bought- thankfully my dad questioned him and said no- turns out it was only $80 (I was not there for this interaction).Conclusion: look at everything before paying. Question what you are told as some "requirements" are not actually requirements. This is by far my worst experience and I will not be visiting a victra store again. Double check your plans on your verizon account.

The Verizon store in the same plaza as Kroger is great! I went to the other store in town and their listening skills were poor. They were not listening and understanding what issues we were having with the phones and service and told me I had to pay $30 more a month just to get the free upgrade I was already awarded for no cost. I do not recommend the other store...the Victra retailer is where you want to go.

Dustin did an outstanding job. His knowledge and the ability to assist me in purchasing a new phone was great. Despite my apprehension about the process, he made the transfer of info from my old phone to the new one transparent. Keep up the good work!!
