Noone was available out of the 3 employees working the store to help in the copy center. The store was empty of patrons.

Employees seem to really dislike their job. Went in today to print out some papers so I can have a copy for school. Immediately was met with attitude when I told employee I couldn’t use self service copy area due to me not having my credit card at the moment. Employee then tells me that after 7:00pm everyone is redirected to self service copy area mind you the time is 6:45pm. Employee refused my service and I was not able to get my papers printed out for class. Horrible customer service at this location please try another location for better service everyone!

The staff here are so helpful and amazing! If I have 3 girls, I’m 100% naming them after Nicole, Gracia, and Emily.

They have themselves set up for Amazon returns but unfortunately they’re not staffed for it, expect a wait. Don’t expect the person on the next desk the print shop to help or even acknowledge you.

Went here for an Amazon return and they were really great. Quick service and friendly. Had my refund in my account before I even got out of the store!

Shameful what the employees have to endure. The print shop is their busiest department and that's who they have handling packages including Amazon returns. There is always a line because they are always understaffed. The employees seem extremely stressed.

I frequent this location usually for self service printing but as of late, I’ve needed some assistance whether it be with a bigger printing project or finding an item in the store. Everyone is always so, so friendly & willing to help, the store is always kept clean & stocked as well.
