This is the worst Sephora I’ve ever been to and I won’t be shopping with the company again after today, 1 it was dirty there samples were all crusted over and looked unsanitary, 2 they refused to refund 2 items that I had bought a week prior because I didn’t have my receipt and that’s so weird because I put in all of my info when I made the purchase you’d think that being a beauty insider member with Sephora would allow them to view my purchase history but evidently not.

Staff is knowledgeable and helpful. Wide variety of higher end cosmetics. But they often have testers and samples, so you can try stock items, which I find helpful. Staff trained in makeup techniques and can assist and advise you.

would give no stars what so ever for this location. I would not shop here or even support this store what so ever. After having family work here before this management, I worked at this sephora and was fired because the kohls manager and sephora "manager" were picking favorites on who to give more hours to on their friends. My schedule would change without notice, the sephora "manager" and one girl that worked at sephora bullied and harassed me. When I told the kohls store manager multiple time, he did nothing. This went on for months. I went to HR and higher up and they did nothing too. Would recommend no one to apply or shop to this sephora or kohls
