They really do a horrible job! They charge the most around, have dryers that hand dry and can see every car leaving and they just let cars come out of wash still dirty and then just send em on down the street still in a dirty car after paying for a wash.

Both grand blanc car washes are horrible about spraying your car off. I cancelled my membership because twice I had to yell at them about brushing my hood before they even sprayed it off!!! Come on! This is just common sense. Makes me cringe just thinking about it.

Payed extra for the new ceramic wash which was supposed to ensure the rims are nice and clean and also clean the undercarriage. It didn’t even look like either of those got touched. My car was still very dirty after with dirt stains all over. It didn’t look any better than if I were to have just gotten the regular cheap wash. In fact the regular wash probably would have done better. Either way, the last few times I went there, my car was still dirty and I won’t be going back anymore.

Paid for top wash. $5 tip . Wheel wells still full of mud. Back center and half the rear bumper all very dirty. Has to be worst wash ever had

My SUV'S back door always comes out of the car wash smeared with dirt it's never clean.I pulled up to the door at at 6:58 pm and the kid closed the door in my face and laughed at me and the car behind me. They advertise the following:

They’ve always done a great job for me here, especially since I wait too long before needing the interior done! They start by vacuuming the entire back with the seats down, then I help put the seats up (mini van) and they finish the job!

I’m disappointed with the detailing of my car. I thought it would be good to have the car detailed before the weather gets bad. I was excited to let the “professionals” do it this time around. The workers were professional, timing was good, BUT service was not that great. The seats and floors were cleaned very well but the inside of the doors, cup holders, and dashboard were not touched whatsoever. I mean like not at all. The same dust bunnies I drove there with, all came back home with me. After driving through muddy grass while parking lot being repaved, I was hoping they would spray the tires down enough so all the grass and mud would wash off of the tires and not be visible but didn’t happen. Such a disappointment after paying a total of $51, $41 for cost and $10 tip that I would not have given, had I known the job was not complete.I should have gone with my first mind and did the job myself because I had to complete it when I arrived home anyway.Service: Auto detailing

One star is pretty fair. I used the interior clean with car wash. Figured do it up right with the $15 car wash. The “underbody flush” got nothing off the underbody. Running boards were still caked with mud. The interior clean is NOT a detail. They vacuumed the loose debris up, ran mats through a machine that got em wet, but not clean, wiped the interior windows. It was supposed to include an interior wipe down, but that didn’t really happen. Cup holders were still yucky inside, dust still on the dash, center console still dirty, door map pockets still dirty. The person wiped down the door sills, but they were pretty dirty, then apparently proceeded to use that rag to wipe the dirt onto my door panels and somehow made them worse. I actually took a rag and started cleaning it myself after he said he was done. He obviously drug the rag across the clean exterior also so I took it through the wash again to clean that and the running boards and bugs off windshield. I saw him remove my chair and umbrellas from the back, but upon later inspection, I couldn’t tell any vacuum had passed over the floor, nor any trim panels cleaned back there. Overall, the vac got up the majority of the loose debris and the windows looked a little better. Save your $26 and 45 mins for the interior and use it to buy some products, and do it yourself with a vac, a rag and some hot soapy Dawn water and some purple power apc where neededService: Auto interior vacuuming
