First, I had not known Sam's Club is a membership only. Today, I walking into Sam's Club and was greeted by the most unfriendly and rude women I have ever met in customer service. Instead of just simply informing us on the membership program and giving us a bit of direction on how to get a membership she instead made us feel incredibly stupid. She made remarks like, "what are you doing here then, this is not Walmart." I can confidently say I will NEVER return to another Sams Club again. Maybe after you teach your employees simple respect.

Sam's Club for the win today. Bought one of their large fresh pot pies for dinner tonight; had to slam on my brakes to avoid hitting a non-merging vehicle on the way home; Sam's Club graciously allowed me to exchange my mangled dinner for a new one. I called ahead of time to explain what happened and even though it was no fault of their own and didn't happen while still on their property, they still came through for me. Thank you so very much!

Since starting my Sam's Club membership a few years ago, this was one of the first locations I regularly patronaged at.Firstly, I need to preface that my rating is slightly inflated because I am comparing it to Sam's Club locations generally and NOT based on Sam's Club's deals and item selection in general (since that is mostly same in most locations nearby). In terms of Sam's Club membership in general, it's definitely worth the money especially in the first year since they often has deals for new members. I've also seen my friend keep an eye on her emails/mailings and occassionally pick up free items thru Sam's Club. It was my bad that I missed the $10 off for curbside pick up recently... :( Compared to Costco membership, the annual fee is definitely cheaper, and Member's Mark (similar to Costco's Kirkland brand) has a limited selection of items they make in bulk... Also, their produce at the Grand Blanc location seem better than the local other Sam's Club locations for some reason!Overall, I'm still planning to frequent Sam's Club for my household items and curbside pickup makes things much easier! Maybe when Member's Mark has a solid version of toilet paper that competes with Kirkland's bath tissue, I'd regularly choose Sam's Club over Costco.Summary:Staff - friendlyParking - plentyLines for Checkout - minimal/nonexistentStocked Shelves - never an issueWill I renew my membership? - yes

This location is always well stocked and clean, and the pharmacy staff is fantastic! Fady, Carol and everyone in the pharmacy always go above and beyond with service, friendliness and assistance with any questions we have. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

Fady in the pharmacy is really good at what he does. Came back for my second covid shot and asked how I handled the first one, gave tips and advice for the second.

Had a very enjoyable, quick, efficient and economical trip today to the optical department within this Grand Blanc Sam's Club. The staff members Christina and Gabriella provided courteous and professional service and we were in and out in a very timely fashion . In this challenging time, it is a great pleasure doing business in such a fashion. Hope the actually product meets expectations as well. I would for sure recommend this place to others looking to purchase their next eye glasses.

Regrettably I won't risk going back to Sam's Club after witnessing at least 16 adults (let alone children) with no masks. I've been in the store multiple times since the pandemic and have never seen non-compliance until today. I asked two employees why this isn't required and was told "I agree with you but it's not a law so we can't do anything". With new cases and deaths on the rise plus reports of re-infections this seems reckless to both shoppers and their employees.

I've used click and pull for years. It is awful and never improves. The workers are polite but saddled by poor management and no cohesive rules for pick up. The digital check in never works, and dont order any fresh produce. I've received moldy grapes and limp lettuce. I know better now.

I have been members of both Sam's Club and Costco but this is right by my house and we do t have a Costco close. The staff is always super friendly and helpful. I like several of their products and we do save money shopping here. I just wish this location had a gas station. If they did then it would be perfect.
