Absolutely the worst customer experience I’ve ever had in my life… from overages charges that weren’t even my dumpster, contracts that were not clarified that locked me in for 7 years, and ripping over $700 out of my account without approval after the service was canceled. Run away from this company, biggest scam racket I’ve ever dealt with. $200-$300 a mth for their second to smallest dumpster. Have fun dealing with Brenda and every other a hole that you will deal with. Angels to get you to sign initially, demons when you want to cancel. Horrible horrible horrible… can’t say enough bad things about them honestly.

I don’t do reviews often. But this experience definitely deserves one.Last Monday which would have been 9/11/23 I realized I had misplaced my car keys. THANKFULLY I have a tile on my cars so I can see the location. Well my keys were pinging at Republics yard over by the airport in Flint. (I must have thrown my keys out when I threw the rest of the trash out for Monday pick up) My husband and I drove up there around 930pm with little hope we would recover them. The 2nd night shift (around 930-10pm) we’re absolutely incredible! Not only did they offer to help us and looked up our truck number on our route, but they pulled the truck up to the garage and told me they would open it up and search threw every bag if they had to! When one of the workers brought the truck up… it was empty. I thought forsure they were already on their way or in the landfill. By the grace of god my keys had got caught on the side of the truck and was the ONLY thing left in there. They retrieved my keys and even wrapped them up for us for the car ride home. I asked them their names so I could individual give them credit but this crew didnt require that attention. Well… TOO BAD! You were all Angels that night and In a world were customer service and help is non existent you stand out above the rest. None of you were required to help search and spend your night in the rain, but you did, and with a smile on all of their faces! So friendly and outgoing, I can’t say enough how great these guys are. Called to schedule a pick up. Then called same day to confirm twice that they would be out. They assured me both times they would. Never showed up. Can’t get much more incompetent! Update: a week later and still no pickup. If you are a city or township considering using Republic, I would highly advise against it. They refuse to pick up anytime they doesn’t fit in their little blue bins.Service: Junk removal

The good thing is the garbage never makes it into their truck so we get more time to fully enjoy it. Oh, and all the trash floating around the environment adds just the right amount of beautiful color into this otherwise dark and dreary world. Thank you republic. You're the best

This Company is the worse trash service I have ever used. They miss your schedule pick ups often, call to have them come pick up the missed pick up and they don't show up. Drivers speed through neighborhood. AVOID AT ALL COST!!! If I could give 0 stars, that would have been givenService: Yard debris removal

Called for bulk pickup. The sales lady said I could schedule a time because I wanted to use my rented skid steer to load the trash. Called when they didn't show up and found out the sales lady was incorrect on scheduling a time, they would just show up between 7AM and 6PM. Still never showed and now I've wasted a day of skid steer rental...

Paid for a bulk pick up, took four weeks to get it picked up called 10+ times always asked to have a supervisor call me never heard from a supervisor. A garbage company, literally garbage! Deserves to loose contracts left and right.
