Joe Outlaw and the people who help him! They are wonderful, very busy. Why? because Joe’s knowledge and expertise is amazing. Yes it’s Long! Yes, phone calls don’t get returned. People do make mistakes. 25 years later 1 time we had a problem I waited till tax time Joe fixed it. He’s great at what he does, the lady’s are wonderful and find missing things that they need.So YES! I’ll See you next year Joe Outlaws office! Thank you for all you do, God Bless

If I could rate lower I would. Anyone who goes to this guy after the disappearing act he pulled last year (right in April no less and only just recently resurfacing) is crazy. He failed to file numerous taxes for people with NO explanation, no return calls nor any communication as to why! He did cash his checks for the work (not completed), however. This is the most unprofessional person I have ever dealt with and I cannot trust a guy like this with my taxes or if I ever get audited. BEWARE!

I give him -10 stars ....If you have a problem you can not get a phone call back..We have been calling since Late April 2016..had 1 call back from his secretary saying there was a GLITCH in the filing and Joe would call us back the weekend of Memorial day...well STILL no call back...we have NO IDEA if our taxes were filed...since we PAID 375$ to file..witch was NEVER filed...HIGHLY DON'T RECOMMEND JOE OUTLAW PC...His office or himself dont return any calls..thank you ..unhappy customers

Been going to Joe for over 20 years. This year we paid $175 like normal and he never filed our federal or state taxes. Tried to contact him since mid May with no luck. Will never go back. He gets a -10 from me.

I would also give negative stars if possible. He also took my money to file taxes and it was never done. I've left repeated ignored messages. His claim that if there's ever an issue or audit, he'll go to court with you is a joke. I can't even get him to do what I paid for and waited SEVERAL hours in his waiting room for!! I'm ready to get an attorney and take him to court. I've gone to him for over ten years but will NEVER go back!!!

I have been going to Joe Outlaw for 15 years or more, last year he didn't file my return... and There is no way to contact him after tax season. I found some one else to do my taxes for half of what he scalps you for, and he is always there to receive your phone call . Bottom line fine somebody else to do your taxes, what were to happen if the I.R.S. was breathing down your neck and you try to call Joe, GOOD LUCK WITH THAT ONE..... I would give him ZERO stars if it were possible!!!!!!!
