The man that did my acrylic nails did an excellent job, but the lady that did my pedicure needs additional training. She cleaned under my nail bed, cut my cuticles, and shaped up my nails. But, I was very bothered that she asked me if I wanted her to clean under the toe nails as I thought that was always included in a pedicure. She cleaned under the nail bed and instead of wiping the cuticles or dead skin cells on the towel; she wiped it on the top of the skin of my foot several times. There definitely needs to be more training. I was very disappointed as I expect to feel pampered when I get a pedicure. I have been getting my nails done for over 20 years and never experienced someone do that. I felt it was disrespectful. You shouldn’t wipe cuticles and dead skin onto your client, but do it on a towel. Never again!

Obviously they are grown out and need to be redone but these nails are close to a month old now and still hanging on strong. The staff is always professional and polite. I have only gone in as a walk in due to my own schedule but so far I haven’t had any issues getting same day services. I just get dip on my natural nail but they are always fast and beautiful?

today was the first time i’ve been here. i was wildly impressed. the gentlemen w black hair and neck tattoo was phenomenal. he was super calm and my nails turned out great. only thing i didnt like was how i asked how much acrylics were walking in and the lady said 47$ then he told me at checkout it was 52$ but since credit card it would be 53$. lost a tip from me because of that. definitely will be going back though.

I didn't even get past the phone callI called and made an appointment with Kyle. I called the next day to confirm when a lady answered and said she didn't see my appointment and I asked her to check the day after maybe it was on the wrong day she said no. Now I am hard of hearing and her English was broken getting.mad at me just says not everyone speaks English...umm.. okSo I asked to speak to Kyle she is complaining to Kyle about me but when he got on the phone he said I did have an appointment for Saturday but I needed it for Friday so I canceled. He was nice but she was rude and couldn't even see I had an appointment...will not bother again.

This was not a good experience. I waited 40 minutes (which was fine because I was a walk-in). They weren’t very busy and had good reviews so I figured I’d try this nail thing out. A woman in the parking lot had asked me if her nails looked alright. They had charged her $75 for a fill in. I have no idea, I’m new to this. The man did my nails and didn’t talk. I have no idea how long it took because it was neat to watch. I tipped well and left. My nails never set. They were jelly filled blobs that kept getting tighter and bleeding around the edges. The next morning my hands hurt pretty bad. By the time I got to work the nails had started to ooze everywhere. I’m not sure if he skipped a step, didn’t do it right, or what but they got soaked off in less than 24 hours. My nails are super jacked up now, he cut a crease in every nail with a Dremel. One star for the Lesson learned. Never again.

OP Nail techs are very good at all varieties of nail work - AND art! They take the time needed to satisfy their customers' request, however, appointments are the best way to achieve that! They work hard six, long days a week. Walk ins are welcome, but please be respectful of how long your request takes, the previously made appoinhtments, AND the 7 pm closing time. Your nails will look amazing & you won't regret the profesional work they do!

The first time I received services, the nail tech did a good job. I came back 3 weeks later after work at 5:22p. I was told I couldn't get my nails done because they closed at 7:30p. There was no one in the nail shop but a couple people almost finished getting their nails done. I was denied services. Today, at 2:30p me and my 6 year old daughter entered OP Nails (giving them the benefit of the doubt). We were both denied services after sitting in the shop for 10 min. I was told they were booked for the day and to come back on Mon or Tues. That's 2 times I was denied. They were servicing 3 walk ins at the time. I'm of African American decent in an almost all white small township.....Is this why?? They started talking about us in their native language while looking at us before asking us to leave. My daughter, Annie, was mortified. Very embarrassing for us. I rate them a 0. Very Unprofessional with nasty attitudes! Better Business Bureau will be contacted next!Services: Nail art
