I don't think you could give worse service if you formed a committee to create a bad service program. They wont answer the phone and so they say leave a message and they will return the call in 48 hours but after several attempts and several 48 hour periods, they never do. The Grand Rapids "home Office" wont either. I have a simple question but cant get an answer and no branches are open near me. I have no idea how to fix this issue and my mortgagee will be given late fees because they wont tell me my account number and there is no way to find out. Then I will have to sue them and blow a bunch of money on attorneys but there is nothing else I can do.

I have never met or spoken to a group of such caring people in the world. I have a mortgage with LMCU would never go anywhere else. Just simply the BEST!!! What a team of really good people.

Customer service is horrible, website to make payments is horrible. We have our first mortgage through this company and have had nothing but trouble the last 3 months then when I asked to speak with HR I wasn't transferred because my justifications were apparently not good enough.
