Was supposed to meet to look at a house with Samantha Broughman. I arrived early. Called her when she was late and she had forgot. Doesn’t sound as though she is in the right profession. Speaks very poorly for keller williams.

This organization is connected to a lot people that want your money. They are not trying to put you in a good home. Stay away! Relator suggest a home inspector (James Matuszewski - BPG Inspections) that missed serious issues with the home. Inspection agency very rude and did not admit to their mistake. The home was never cleaned and left filthy after a 330,000 purchase. Although the realtor continuously expressed her apologies nothing was ever done to make up for these issues. The more I researched the people around the sale of the home the more they were all connected for their best interest. Not mine. Stay away!

Kristie Mendoza has not listened to our needs in 6 months. Haven't heard a peep from her since the first conversation. 6 months of calling my hubby the wrong name and me correcting her has gotten nowhere. Listings she is sending us are not what we asked for and we haven't been shown a single house. Would not recommend.

We worked with Tracey Fowler for quite some time. She stuck with us, showed us multiple houses, and was always SO friendly and patient. We had a very hard time finding the right house and lost some bids because of how aggressive the market is. We unfortunately were not able to use her for the house we chose because of the distance but I would recommend her to anyone looking for a house. Thank you again for everything Tracey!
