Kathy is a walking encyclopedia of resources. She helped me through the sale of my mother's condo from estate sale people to clean out the personal property to selling the condo. It made a difficult time so much easier.

Kathy sold us a home we built in Cook Harbor. We loved it so much we stayed 24 years. But when it came time to downsize, our first call was to Kathy. She had Greg Molzon do some fancy drone pictures and voila. Our old home sold in a day. Kathy negotiated the purchase of the condo of our dreams.
