The salon as a whole was very friendly and kind!
Georgia does a wonderful job and does not disappoint! She took her time washing my hair as well as talking to me about what I wanted and how I wanted it cut and styled, loved the way my hair looked and felt by the end of the appointment!
Highly recommend giving her a chance!

Amazing!! I have been to so many salons in a variety of locations and identity is above and beyond the best. Mikala and Rebecka (sorry if I’m spelling it wrong!) both made me feel so special in my hair and the conversation. I’ve been sick and they’ve both fixed and perfected my hair so much it’s even better than before I was sick. They listened and discussed our hair goals and took meticulous time and patience to be sure I would be happy. I saw Rebecka today feeling like one cent and walked out feeling like a million bucks. The receptionist Tessa is also so sweet and kind, offering coffee and chatting with me. It’s always such a happy experience and I look forward every time I go back! Thank you so much, Ladies!

I found Identity salon on a desperate whim seeing as I needed a change but was traumatized after my last experience at a salon. With that being said and discussed with Bailee she made sure my experience was completely different. She took my concerns and made me comfortable in her “ hair care “. I was unsure about what to do and how to get the change I needed, she sat and talked to me and helped me figure out how to take my random wants and desires and created a beautiful masterpiece! She was so kind and patient and literally flipped my world when I saw the final product. I can truly not say enough great things about my time with her, you’ll have to check her out for yourself! #hairgoddess

Bailee was seriously amazing! I showed her a few pictures of what I had in mind for a wedding and it turned out better than I could have imagined! My hair held up the entire night into the next day. So personable and friendly! I will most definitely come back to her from now on.

And it's not afraid to talk to her customers. And explains different ways to do the hairstyle that I got.
