You have better luck calling a different location, I personally have called this one 2 days in a row and still haven't received a call back. After my phone was stolen I am in need of canceling some automatic payments to my old accounts so having my bank ignore my calls is a huge inconvenience.

I called this branch one week ago about my checking account and a deposit question. I got their answering machine and left a message. I called back the next day and once again left another message. Seven days later, NO call back. Totally unprofessional bank.

The shortage of help in this branch is disgraceful, they combined branches and never increased the amount of tellers, standing in line for 10 minutes is unacceptable. The tellers are great and do a good job, we just need more of them
