Most of the hair dressers there are above average. Tammy gave me the worst haircut I have ever had in my life. I asked for a high fade, 1s on the side and half an inch off the top. She told me 5 times "I misunderstood you". The left top of my head is the same length as the sides. I wish I could attach pictures because it looks awful. They need to drug test up there. There is nothing to misunderstand. She ended up taking over 2 inches off the rest of the top to " Try and blend it"

I honestly wish I could give no stars as an option, took my son to get his hair cut normal boy hair cut and they jacked it up and took all his hair off, when I said what did you do and talked to the manager they said all they can do is call corporate and I still had to pay for the hair cut. I will never go back to this place ever and will never refer anyone here.

The staff are friendly and nice but I went to get my eyebrows done, and it had took them 40 minutes just to finish them,while the girl with purple hair was doing my eyebrows she went to help a customer and was having a conversation with them very unprofessional.Service: Waxing

Went here to get my eyebrows waxed and now I'm never letting anyone touch my eyebrows again. I have full,dark eyebrows with a good natural shape, just wanted some cleaning up. This lady might as well have shaved them off. They are so thin and sad looking, I told her not to mess with the shape, just "clean them up" and she completely ignored me. Now I'm going to have to go pay to get them micro bladed to look better. I'm so angry, never giving them business again.

Tried to do a walk in here today get a quick trim. When we arrived there were 3 ladies working. One went to the back, came out and was leaving. The other two did have clients in their chairs. After one was finished, she took payment. Nobody ever even acknowledged we had even came in. They looked directly at us multiple time. Never even smiled. Obviously they didn't need or want our business. We're now at Supercuts and the ladies here are welcoming and friendly.

The last 2 times that I have gone in here it has been a bad experience. Everyone's always super friendly which is why I'm still giving two stars, but the last time i had to pay for the 2 different colors that got put in my hair. Red and purple. I specifically said when I was discussing that I wanted red and purple in my hair that my hair would need to be bleach to get the purple to show up.The woman doing my hair insisted that it would not need to be bleached first so she did not.I walked out with red and darker red hair absolutely no purple. I still had to pay for two colors though.On top of that, the previous time I went inSomeone was trying to wax my eyebrows and I walked out with completely uneven eyebrows because I kept saying that there were few hairs missing on the on my right eyebrow and she kept picking up my left eyebrow and when I said it was the other eyebrow she started picking up the wrong side and just tweezing hair after hair off until I just gave up and I went home and I tweeze my eyebrows myself there was no point in paying to have my eyebrows waxedServices: Waxing

I really don't know what kind of business grondins is running but it's not a salon that's forsure. they can't seem to keep enough stylist working for them. they must not pay very well and over working the stylist that they do have, very sad!
