I cannot say enough good stuff about how amazing Dr. Marquart and his staff are. As patients, we all know the office staff who are the ones taking care of insurance, CT scan scheduling, hospital surgery coordination, FMLA paperwork, etc. are just as important as the doctor when it comes to smooth care. The staff at Greater Michigan Orthopedic are amazing. On a Friday afternoon they squeezed my husband in, Dr. Marquart stayed over to see us, staff ensured everything in place for CT scan before a Tuesday surgery, and they kept us informed the whole time.Surgery went smoothly at Ascension Genesis, a little later than planned due to computer issues and previous surgeries extended, but staff were great the whole time. Dr. Marquart did an excellent job and was very thorough and amazing. My husband stayed in hospital over night and had excellent care.I highly recommend Dr. Marquart and Greater Michigan Orthopedic!

Very disrespectful on people's time. Over books and doesn't even acknowledge there is a long wait. People have been leaving before their scheduled appointment. We've been waiting 2 hours now and not one person has checked on us or said anything about the appointment.

I would recommend Dr Hemming. He listens well. His surgery skill are great. His staff are awesome!On the other hand the front office workers definitely act like what ever I need is a bother to them. I would hope this would get addressed.The main thing is that the surgery is done correctly and I have had two by Dr Hemming and I will choose him again if I ever need a third!Thank you Dr Hemming?

The x ray technician is very rude. Long wait times for everything. Took 3 months to get seen for a follow up after the original break of the bone. You are just a number here not a human being. I also have a health condition that causes me to pass out and I wasn't aloud to have a helper come to the appointments with me even though other patients have had others with them.

The doctors are good the nurses are kind as well as good but the billing department and billing receptionist are frustratingly bad they don't collect the co-pay correctly and then send a bill for ten times the co pay amount and say it's the insurance company's fault, two times. The billing dept. seems to be in a hurry all the time haste makes waste
