The front desk staff and assistant vets are so kind! They’ve always been so welcoming!
With that being said, the main veterinary that we see can be very unsympathetic and blunt. Our dog has a serious condition that we are finally getting taken care of after switching vets. We took her to this particular one 4 different times for the same thing. The vet was never willing to explore the condition further, she never listened to our concerns. We were given the exact same meds every time, even after expressing that they don’t completely help. I don’t know her name but we’ve been disappointed time and time again. Luckily, we’re getting answers with Davison they’re fantastic. But we’ve gotten more answers with them in ONE visit, than we did with Grand Blanc in four.
We appreciate the kind nurses and stuff, but this place was not for us or our babies :(

Moo's first time at Dr office 11weeks old, Dr. was very nice, unfortunately we are in the middle of Covid19 of I had a phone visit. Moo was very happy to see me at the end.....
Sadly my Moo moved on but I have a new baby Mistro I love all the wonderful people here at the vet.

DO NOT TAKE YOUR PETS HERE!
Would have given 0 stars but that wasn't an option. COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL.
Had taken my dog there as a puppy for his first vaccinations and the basics. Luckily he hasn't needed any care since. Approaching his annual checkup date I received an email telling me I need to make an appointment. I had also noticed one of his ears were red and irritated I called to make an appointment for that and his services that were due as well. The receptionist was extremely rude and told me it would be almost 2 weeks before they could get me in (because "their Drs need breaks" and suggested I take my dog elsewhere.. to which I responded "I'd rather take him to HIS Vet " as I thought this was his vet, since I had been taking him there over a year (getting all meds there and spending countless $)
She hung up on me.
As anyone in my position would do, I immediately called back and asked to speak to whomevers in charge and cares about keeping customers. I was repeatedly hung up on I used another # to call and spoke to a vet tech and explained the situation to her.
To no avail.
It seems as if nobody there values customers.
** Update**
Received call back from one of the Drs and he was just as rude and unprofessional as the receptionist.
He literally called me back just to argue.
Will not return, will never recommend this business to anyone that values their animals health.

Friendly and talk as much time ad I needed to answer questions. They may not be the cheapest in town but the old saying you get what you pay fits, as you get better more friendly and more trained staff here

They were called at 8 this morning to see if they could put a suffering dog down well got a call back at 2 bring him in needles to say the dog suffered all day and died in the back seat of the car waiting on u to put him down u lost a customer of 50 yrs after today

I want to give a huge shout out to Grand Blanc Veterinary Hospital. I had to unfortunately say goodbye to my pet rat, Mr Baldone yesterday and even though rats are not commonly seen, they treated me and Mr Baldone with nothing but gentle kindness, not seeing him as any less than another pet. It's unfortunately not easy finding vets who can do this procedure for rats and if you do they usually want an arm and a leg for it $$.
This was so hard for me to have to do and everyone I seen yesterday I could tell genuinely cared about me and my buddy. Thank you all ❤️

Very hard to get into! They schedule weeks to months out but the service and the staff is always great. They're centrally located. They seem like they really do care and do their best to accommodate your pet to make them comfortable and help you figure out how to meet your financial responsibilities with your vet bill because let's just keep it real things can get expensive.
