I had a fantastic experience at BMW Randy Wise! Andrew K. was our sales associate and he could not have made the process any easier or nicer. He stayed late to help us, he easily helped to facilitate our trade-in, he was friendly, extremely professional, and just a very nice person to be around. My husband commented that one of the nicest things about our experience was that Andrew was our sales associate and I could not agree more! At the car delivery, he spent a ton of time with me, introduced me to service technicians, and facilitated my desire to pick up the car inside since it was a huge downpour. It was our first experience with BMW and I'm thrilled with the car, the buying process, and especially Andrew who I know will do anything in his power to ensure it remains a great experience! Highly, highly recommend!!

Highly, highly recommend RW Motorcars. Great service, attentive staff, super clean/easy process. I worked with Ryan McCaughna back in February and will definitely be back because of him. He went above and beyond to make sure that everything was a breeze.

Chris is my go to when it comes to maintenance on my BMW’s. He is professional, courteous, and is always looking for a way to help. I’ve had a few manufacturer issues with my BMW (not the fault of the dealer) and they have been great at backing me up when it comes to getting the manufacturer to cover repairs. I’ve had a few situations where I’ve had to take my vehicle back for additional repairs but they were quick to fix the issue and had no problem with me showing up without an appointment. Even though they’re not local to me, I’m about 45 minutes away, I will keep bringing them my cars.

Assuming it’s the owner, as it had the company website on vehicle. Likes to cut people off on the highway with NO turn signal. Also ignored the horn going off as a warning that they were close to hitting our vehicle.

I live within 2 miles of this dealership I have purchased 2 BMW and a Mercedes I have referred two relatives to my salesman the bought a total of 3 cars 1. BMW and 2 Mercedes the salesperson was great! I have visited this dealership on several occasions and seen The owner Randy Wise and his son Chris Wise walk right ny me and either of the several times could even say Hello no greeting very cold! Today was the the final time I will deal with this dealership as Chris walked right pass me said nothing!!!I winter in Sarasota Fl and the people owners are phenomenal with making me feel valued and welcome!!! Therefore when I purchase my next vehicle Mercedes G Wagon it will be from Sarasota! Randy and Chris you need to WISE up and start treating your customers with a simple hello how are? It’s not hard try it!

Came in for a transmission leak on my sprinter van. I had a 8am appointment on Wednesday and dropped my van off Tuseday night. On Wednesday I called the service department at 12pm and asked for an update and was told someone would call be right back. By 2 pm I called again and was told the same thing. I called again at 5pm and again was told the same story. No one called me back… Thurday morning I called at 9am and was told they were sorry and someone would call me right away. I called 2 more times through out Thursdays and again same story. “Someone will call you right back”. Finally at 6pm the service rep Tom calls me. He tells me my transmission fluid is indeed “FULL”, but my fluid is burnt and the clutch is bad causing the van to shift poorly and the trans cooler lines are extremely rusty. The technician says I need to replace the transmission on the van and he has to replace the lines at the same time and this was going to cost me over $12,000!. I told Tom I’ve never felt any of these shifting problems and the van has always driven good. Plus I used to be a service technician on cars and did transmission flush’s all the time. Dark/gray fluid does not mean it’s bad. It’s simply old used fluid and has lost it’s red color. Tom tells me “it smells burnt and there is brass in the fluid, it’s bad” I tell him I just want to replace the lines and that’s it. He says he’s not sure if the technician will do that, but will talk to him Friday morning and if it’s okay order the parts.

Unfortunately Randy Wise is far from where I live ~40 minutes drive. We have many dealerships in the area (Bloomfield Hills) but they are all very pushy and constantly bugging me when I was shopping for a new Mercedes. I don't have the time to deal with them that's why I decided to buy my GLE450e from Randy Wise. What actually encouraged me to write a review though is my after sale experience with them. My car came with a damaged inflation kit, once I reported it they shipped me a new one. It's simple ask but again, they were very efficient and I didn't have to go through back and forth for them to fix the problem. Based on my experience, I will use them for servicing my gle!

First time BMW owner here, was nervous about taking in for an oil change and service, I was met by Chris in service who made me feel at ease from the moment I stepped out of my car, untill I got back in and left! He was absolutely amazing, incredibly professional, awnsered all of my questions and put me at ease! Everything went perfect and I could not be happier, I recommend Randy wise bmw and Chris to any and everyone ! You will not be disappointed ?
