Found that they had a 370z for sale that i wanted even though i was coming from out of state. Mitchel did everything he could for just about two weeks for me. Sending pictures and info of the car, what bank would be ideal, and all that. He even waited 2 hours after closing for me to come by as it would be the only day available to pick up the car for me unless i came two weeks later due to my hectic schedule. The bank was a bit of a pain and frustrating for myself, himself, and im sure the sales manager and finance manager. But at the end it all got situated and pushed through on a short time schedule. I appreciate him and the rest of the team. As a person who used to work at dealerships before he was the most thorough with everything on any of my car purchases ever!
Get that man a raise or something, and thank you from the Lara / Tucker family

Recently visited this car dealership and had an exceptional experience. The staff was very polite and friendly, making the process of purchasing a car smooth and stress-free. The selection of vehicles was impressive and the prices were fair. I would highly recommend dealership to anyone in the market for a new car.

Great car buying experience, so great in fact we came from Florida to buy a car. Mitch did everything he could to help me out. He FaceTimed me, sent me videos, all sorts of photos and even let me borrow some basic tools to inspect the car. He was very honest about the condition and price of the car. This was the only dealership that didn't play games and gave me the real price over the phone no issues. Overall great experience and Mitch is dedicated to his career. Thank you!

I flew from FL to come purchase a Cadillac XT6. I spoke with Mitch, he was very up front with how the car looked & he facetimed me so I could see the car in real time. HIGHLY recommend this dealership. Very honest people.. I wish I had a dealership like this in FL!!

UPDATE: I have put over $3500 in repairs to this vehicle. Had to be towed twice. Still need timing chain and catylitic converter replaced. Currently not running due to coolant leak. Really should have been illegal to sell this car.
Recently purchased a 2013 Buick Encore. Everyone was very nice who helped me, but a couple of unfair things definitely happened. I paid a $500 deposit to keep the car on the lot for 1 day, even though I had the car sent to the mechanic. They were not willing to hold it more than 1 day. They sent it to their mechanic at "Discount Mufflers and Brakes" which was the only option, due to shady practices being done in the past by their customers. I spoke with the mechanic and he mentioned 4 things needed fixing. I asked how much the 2 big things would cost to repair and he quoted me $915. So I go back to negotiate thinking I'd have just over $1000 in repairs. If I had one more day to research the repair, I would have known about the possibility that it would cost me $1600 MORE for a part he said he "couldnt look at until he took it apart" if said part wasn't in good shape. I also realized that they had stapled the inspection checklist over the initial mechanic notes where was clearly written $3500 as the total estimate for repairs(which they obviously avoided mentioning). So essentially, I should have paid half as much for the vehicle as I did. Pretty disappointing after looking for a reliable car for so long and thinking this was the one. It was an "As Is" purchase and I'll be putting a lot of money I can't afford into it.
Reply to Manager: GM Trevor called me to explain that they only hold the car for 24 hours and that the shop receipt was handed to me in the condition it was handed to them. No resolution was met. The dealership will not pay for the repairs or renegotiate the price.
