The employees are amiable, and there's always a great stock of both games and gaming-related goodies. Wonderful place! Great FNaF merch.

If I could give 0 stars I would! DO NOT GO HERE IF YOU HAVE A SPECIAL NEEDS CHILD! My husband, myself, and 2 of our kids, one who is Special needs, came in tonight to do a trade in. My special needs son was upset we were trading game consoles in and chose to go into behavior in the store. My husband had to maneuver our son by his jacket more than once (would have looked like shoving) to keep our son away from the door because he is a flight risk. I apologized to the guy working the counter (he has glasses, just above shoulder length brownish blonde hair) and explained to him that my son has behavioral issues, is autistic and is a flight risk. My husband took our son outside for a few min and then they came back in. My son then kept going into behavior so my husband again had to maneuver our son. The employee then looks at me and says my husband will need to leave the store if he keeps "shoving" our son. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?! I told him again my son has behavioral issues and is autistic and a flight risk and the employee didn't care. To me this is absolutely disgusting! I told the employee that he can give me back my items and needs to educate himself on autism and I hope next time he takes sympathy on the parents because it's not easy and we will not be back here! This employee was beyond rude from the second we walked in, and was being judgmental without any understanding! Gamestop, teach ur employees to be understanding of special needs people! This is disgusting of the employee to accuse my husband of "shoving" our child when he os trained to handle our son and is trying to keep our child safe!

Got a brand new series x controller in the color pink back in October from this location and when I bought said controller I purchased a one year warranty with that being said my right bumper went bad and I came back to this location to get my replacementThey said with there new rules I had to get a used controller which I had no problem with but I had to downgrade to a black one because that was the only option I had not a huge deal. I said it was okay and went with it they did compromise the price of the pink controller with another one year warranty. I left the store with this black controller to replace my pink one I came home, opened the bag that the controller was in and the controller was completely filthy. sometimes that happens so I cleaned it up, I start to wanna play a game and it has really bad stick drift my problem. In the reason why am upset is if they are taking in used controllers they should be looking at them if it was dirty if it has stick draft they should be testing their controllers not just taking any controller in. I’m very upset. I had to downgrade my controller for a black one that was filthy and has stick drift I even asked before I got this black one if they are going to be in good condition the employee said yes I’m just really frustrated with the fact that they didn’t even check their controllers before giving them out for purchase to another customer, they need to do better and check the quality of their products before selling them!!!

Made a pick up order for Mario Wonder for same day pickup. When I got there the order wasn't ready we waited for a while nothing. I asked the guy before we left if it came through on his end yet. He said no, I was already late picking up oldest, so left drove 10 min. Checked got a notification that said order has been readyfor last 15 min. Go back get game get home, open the packaging and it's just an empty case. Call the store and there is nothing they can do. I have to take it up with Nintendo and couldn't even provide me with a phone number.

Heaven for nerds. I wish the prices were more competitive with online retailers, but I am willing to pay a bit more for the great staff and atmosphere. Also, with Pokémon, you know it is going to be unadulterated and genuine. Can't say the same thing for large online retailers.

Everytime I try to buy a switch game there they always push the warranty. Tell me "the pins are gonna fall out of the cartridge" and "I've had x amount of people come in within the last week with that same game and the pins fell out"Googled it and absolutely nothing came up about pins falling out. Not even one thing.One time I told them no 2 times and when I was going to pay they said "and we'll just use your points to get that warranty for you"

The staff was friendly. The store was clean and well organized. The store did feel a little empty in some areas.
