My kids and I had the best experience today! I went in with a flat tire and not only did they fix it within 20 minutes, all of the employees were so sweet and kind to my kids. Thank you all for being awesome!!

Let me share my recent deceptive practice I had at this location that's the normal practice at all discount tires. I stopped by yesterday with my tpms / tire lite on to get checked out . I was later shown a screw in my tire not in the side wall and totally fixable. I then told it wasn't fixable ant that I would have to buy a new tire I then replied u apologize I don't currently have the funds to purchase a tire at the time just put it back on the car the way you found it and that's when it became interesting he sorry we can't Sent you out of here with f tire like that . I then asked are you holding my car hostage what do you do when a customer can't afford a tire a unexpectedly he the said let me see if I have a good used tire there again not in my budget he comes back and says no. I then said again I don't have the funds for a new tire at this moment. I seriously felt like my car was being held hostage I then say go ahead and put the factory dognut spare tire on that's in the trunk he says sorry we can't do that it over 10 years old. I believe he sensed the ticked off frustration in my voice leaves for a moment and comes back and says all we can do is put the tire on flat with no air in it and give it back to you. I replied back I guess that's my only option do that and I will proced to just get a air check that you guys off witch will check the air in all 4 tires he says no we won't allow that. I guess my question is you will replace tires all day long over 10 years old with means your removing old tires and rims over 10 years old but you can't install a spare factory doughnut tire? I just went to a independent tire shop up the road they had no problems Brandon tire all less deceptive bait and switch sale tactics.

This place is amazing!! I can’t say enough great things about their service and the men who work there!!! It was a cold morning and as soon as I pulled up Joshua came to my door and asked what they could do for me. He did a quick inspection and told me what I needed. I had an appt. in Fenton I told him about and he was confident I would make it out on time. They were kind inside while I waited and my car was done in 30 mins!! Afterwards the car was pulled up to the door for me and I was in and out in no time!!! I will be seeing them for all our car/tire needs instead of Midas from now on!!! Great job ??

Never met such a rude and arrogant bunch of men in my life. I have bought every set of tires for 40 years at discount and will never return. Not only have you lost me as a customer, I will tell everyone not to go there.I asked the guys there about 20% off a new set but they did not want to even consider it. But last night they called and now want it considered. Now I want 30% off the entire bill. Yes including labor.Oh. I am spreading the word. Several people have said no more discount tire.

Arrived for my appt with my fiancee car and was greeted car side and had a wonderful experience. They made sure that our car was safe for a long road trip! Helped us with some complementary options to keep us safe that we would not have been things we planned to need. I will be visiting this location from now on!! Best customer service!
