They were out of alot of what I needed. Wasn't very happy. The 1 girl that was working spent her time chatting with other customer and never once asked if I needed help . Smh . Will drive to flint store next time

This is a regular stop for me, and I am always greeted and serviced in an excellent manner. ABOVE and BEYOND, is what comes to mind, when I needed help from Crystal a week or so! She was a lifesaver when I needed pricing In a hurry! Thank you to everybody that works at the Grand Blanc Mi Cosmo Prof, and especially Crystal for her latest help!!!

I absolutely love this location. The girls are always helpful and good at showing you deals. Other locations the employees just gossip and ignore you till you get to the counter. This is the only Cosmo location I visit now.
