I was looking to get a document notarized and had a meeting scheduled with one Shaun Perakovic. Despite me having gotten a similar document notarized at other Chase banks, this guy refused to even consider notarizing it.
To top it off he said with so much authority that no one in the state of Michigan can notarize such a document and I will have to go to Indiana or Illinois to get this notarized. I went to my Bank of America branch and they notarized the same document with no issues.
Worst customer service!
I'll promptly be filing a complaint against him at the Michigan Secretary of State for description by a notary public (MCL - Section 55.300)

I recently visited this branch when it was almost empty, aiming to be added to my company account. My partner had opened the account while I was busy that day, so I went in to sign two pieces of paper. Despite the idle employees with nothing to do, the manager insisted I schedule an appointment. What kind of service is this? These employees should visit a Chase branch in New York to learn how to properly treat customers and act professionally. This bank has more employees than clients, yet they pretend to be busy. This is unacceptable.

Ive been with chase a long time they've never helped me out or caused me grief. But....a company that I ach with took all my money and put me $2000 negative in my bank! Here's the kicker! I'm in another country and I have tons of bills coming out being the end of the month. Chase paid everything till I got home! Not one bill was turned away! No late payments no marks on my credit nothing! I'll stay till I die. When I really needed them they held the front line for my business!

Nobody answers the phone for branch specific questions, they just depends on the automatic answering machine and leve you on the phone for minimum 45 minutes. Terrible experience for customers. Terrible Wait time as all other corporates. They don’t care since all of them are just Employee and the attitude is “it’s not my problem.”

They constantly take money from your account then say they didn't! When you ask them to show why and the places it went they can't!

They do not know what they are doing! I went to make a deposit to my business account and the black girl with the mask on made a mistake. She deposited the slip and all of the checks and gave me all of the checks back along with the deposit slip but kept the cash.Then proceeds to ask me if I want to deposit it when she already made the deposit. Then instead of fixing the problem and admitting their mistake. They continued to argue with me and started teaming up on me. There were 4 women yelling at me over the counter along with 3 men. This is such horrible customer service. I expected a lot more from grand blanc! This is not even my home branch and I’ll never be back here! If you want this to be a good branch that people will come back to. Then You need to fire all of those ladies and hire some that will actually do their job correctly and practice customer satisfaction!

My boyfriend tried to make a deposit for his business this morning and they made him very upset! I never knew a bank could be so unprofessional! We never had any problems with chase bank until we visited this branch. Customer satisfaction guaranteed is supposed to be the top priority but not here! Instead of making his routine deposit, she took the cash and checks along with the deposit slip and made the deposit. Then keeps the cash and tries to give the checks back and asks if he would like to make a deposit when she just made the deposit? Maybe you need to drug test your employees! Something was definitely wrong with her! And after that she withdrew the money that she just deposited! So he felt like they were going to rob him! This is so messed up! I can’t even believe that you guys call yourself a bank and say you work in customer service! I think we will take our business elsewhere like Elga credit union or Pnc

this branch is the most unfriendly i have ever seen... a simple "how are you doing today?" can trigger a cold response of"who is this?" and a hang-up... whoever is on call at 3:38 PM 3-24-23. i can see why a lot of the one star ratings is truly the case. i suppose i will not put my money in this bank and let all my friends know about how bad the staff at this location sounds like.

Entrance & Exit can be a bit confusing only due to its location. At the point of Saginaw St & Dort Hwy. - if you're not familiar with the area it can cause confusion trying to get into the pkg lot or the tellers/atm then leaving out another way. There's drive way on each road & you must figure out at the last minute which one you want if youre trying to get into bank because you cant do it on both roads. In one way & out another. Plus specific to get to teller & atm as well. Other than that, great bank.

I’ve never thought to leave a review for this bank but after remodeling come tf on. You guys really needed a lounge area instead of help desks? Let alone you had waiting chairs with it you could service multiple customers now you have one register open in the back to help the 6 customers inside? For the lounge area to be completely empty like that was a waste of money and it’s probably the most inconvenient thing inside that building coming from a long time customer. I had to leave today and i’m late for an appointment and wasn’t even serviced because I didn’t realize there was going to be one register open.
