I had a slow leak in my tire and took it to Belle Tire and they found a screw and repaired it for free and I was out of there in 20 minutes! Very nice guys! Great place!

I highly recommend Ashley and the Grand Blanc, MI, location of Belle Tire!
I needed four new tires and Ashley walked me through tire comparisons, appointment scheduling and ensuring my veteran status in their system ahead of time.
When I woke up late, I called and confirmed that I could still bring in my vehicle. Once I checked in, she made sure I knew upfront cost of tire replacement and possible alignment cost.
During the tire replacement, she alerted me to needing rear brakes replacement. When tire replacement and brake installation were done - within the time frame I had available - she processed my checkout.
Ashley handled my needs and multiple questions in a professional, yet friendly manner. Thank you to Ashley and Belle Tire in Grand Blanc, MI, for the excellent customer service!! I will definitely refer my family and friends!!

Brought my car in with a power steering return. They had the new part ordered & my car fixed and back to normal in 24 hours! And it was extremely affordable! The staff was friendly and helpful. Thanks Belle Tire! I’ll definitely be returning when I need to!

Took my wife’s car here to fix a punctured tire. After getting checked in and sat down to wait the hour I was told it would take it was about 15 minutes my self and the lady were called to the service desk.
We were informed that our vehicles had been in a minor accident. Well as you can see by the photos it was a little worse than minor. It ended up being around $8,000 per vehicle in damage.
One employee was driving my equinox through the parking lot at what would appear to be a speed much too fast for the parking lot that Belle Tire has. Then the employee driving the lady’s Cadillac backed out was side swiped by my car as it speed by, not stopping as it was damaged from the front bumper to the rear quarter panel.
The two employees were sent immediately away to get drug tested, and they drove themselves. One would think if you had to take a drug test per policy and/or per OSHA rules you would be driven by someone else.
They vehicles were taken to a local shop and fixed but thats besides the point. One the parking lot has its spaces so small its really hard to get in and out of vehicles as they are so close. Two there were vehicles waiting to be serviced parked in several spots not designated parking spots and in an unsafe manner. Three why would an employee be driving so fast they could not stop until after they drove completely passed a vehicle they hit.
The manager also was not happy the police were called to make a report but couldn’t say much about it.
All in all this Belle Tire is one to be avoided.

Great experience getting new tires at Belle Tire. They recommended a place to get a rim fixed then expedited mounting, balancing, and alignment check. Everyone was courteous and professional and did what they could to minimize wait times. Thanks Belle Tire!

Great experience getting 2 trailer tires removed from rims and new ones put on. I like working with Dan M. He was able to have it done while I was waited and it was done faster than expected.

I bought Michelin tires in Sept. They came with 2 rebates. I received the one from Michelin, and waited for the one from Belle. After a couple months, finally called and it took a couple more days and called back and found out it was an e rebate which I never received an email for. So they sent me an email with the rebate info, so I used some of it for an oil change. After a few months when I needed another oil change. They said my rebate had expired after 6 months. I waited 2 months to get it, and got the oil change. So if you don't need work done your car within that time, you just forfeit the money? This is a scam, if you ask me. I will never buy tires from your company again.

Didn’t have the best experience and was given quite a bit of a run around.. I do want to give major compliments to Andy up front and Keith a mechanic. They were both incredibly kind and tried to explain as much as possible to educate me on my car. Dan is awfully rude. During the issue with my car, Dan never called me back like he said. Then I picked up my car that day and Dan wasn’t paying attention to anything I was saying really. I kept asking questions about my car and he kept telling me he wasn’t in the loop or well informed on my car and kept dropping the subject. It’s okay not to be the one to know but.. Obviously go get someone who knows what was done on my car, hello? I’m not going to just pay 1300 and walk out fine and dandy? After spending 1300 I wanted to give them another chance for tie rods and tires. I asked over and over for a print out of the estimates until I finally got them. I also had to ask a few times for the breakdown of what I was paying for, simply asked for the receipt. Sheesh. Again, Andy and Keith are the ones who turned my entire experience around with their kindness. I’ll be returning and requesting to be assisted by them again, they were both so sweet!
