I had a purchase agreement for a 2020 Hyundai Elantra. The sales man Tony sold the car even though I explained I was working on getting insurance for the car. Purchase agreement meant nothing to them I guess.

I would like to start this review off by saying Jeff Sabor was AMAZING to work with. He really listened to us in regards to what we were looking for, what our budget was, and overall seemed very invested in trying to help us. This review is in no way reflective of him and the service he provided as that was definitely beyond 5-Star. This review is specifically in regards to the "bumper to bumper" extended warranty we were offered, and that we purchase. I just want to provide a buyer beware to this when it is offered, because it seems it is not "bumper to bumper" as advertised. We have had the car about a month (2021 Kia Sportage for reference) and noticed what looked like a few hairline cracks that formed in the windshield out of nowhere. No stone chips or previous damage at all, they just showed up out of nowhere. I reached out to Jeff to see if I could bring it up to use the extended "bumper to bumper" warranty to get it replaced, and was told the windshield isn't covered under that "bumper to bumper" warranty. I don't know about anyone else's car, but, most of them that I see, the windshield is located between the two bumpers ?. I could see if I was in an accident or something, butt these literally showed up out of nowhere. So, I hope this review helps provide future customers some info to consider when offered the extended warranty, and maybe saves some of them a little money in the end.

My husband and I purchased a 2017 Ford Taurus,in feb.2024. We did not notice the bald tires on the rear until we took it home. I have hydro planed once already. When you buy a vehicle,it's with the plan of no maintainance for at least a year. I had to replace the surpintine belt. And the air conditioning quit working. And the constant low tire pressure alert is on in that car. I would not go there again!!!

Aweful staff they sold the car before i had a chance to come look at it had appointment at 2 they should have at least given me a chance to honor my appointment but didnt for that reason i am.telling everyone how bad your sales people are and i will tell everyone never ti come their again good luck screwing people over they did me

I bought a 2017 GMC Sierra 1500 with 90,000 miles on March 30. Drove great the first week I owned it. Then the rear end shimmy started up, had it in for service and they cannot find a problem. Now my engine light comes on, runs rough and continues to shimmy. Possibly the transmission? Can honestly say this is the worst truck I've ever owned.. think I'll be going back to Ford Super Duty. Very disappointed to say the least.

JEFF JEFF JEFF, I COULD NOT RECOMMEND HIM MORE! hes located in the buick GMC building and he was such a great help on finding a vehicle for me and boyfriend that stayed in our price range, was patient and thorough through the whole process! Purchased car in June 2023 it is now dec 2023 I have had to replace two control arms, two struts/shocks, 6 tires, 2 sway links, , and a brake caliper. If you want a vehicle that cost the equal amount to repair then by all means by from these shady losers.
