The service department installed the part I needed, the problems I ran into was what you would expect from a dealer service department. It took 4 days to get the in stocked part installed, which takes 10 minutes tops to do. I was charged $981 for a $75 part, if I had trusted my gut and replaced the part myself I would have saved $900. But with that said my car is running fine again.

Scott Good at Al Serra pre-owned has been a true delight to work with on getting a new used vehicle! From the second I walked in he was helpful and let me take my time test driving as many vehicles as I liked until I found the perfect one for me. He didn’t pressure me and even when I asked to wait an over the long Labor Day weekend he assured me he would be here with any questions! So the following Tuesday after Labor Day I called him right at 9am and told him to take my money lol! But seriously Scott thank you so much for your help and dedication to us as your customers. Will definitely be back in the future and will highly recommend you and Finance manager John to anyone looking for a great car buying experience!

Paige contacted me and told me the chip was in, for my Equinox. She was able to schedule my appointment for the next morning. I dropped my car off the night before my service.
I was contacted via text the at 6am, by Josh.He told me he would be my point of contact, for any service questions I may have regarding the service on my car. I received a voicemail message my vehicle was ready, for pick up approximately three hours later.
I was extremely satisfied, with the customer service from Paige and Josh.
