Had to have mirror replaced because of winter accident. Dealt with Jennifer in Body Shop. Very professional. Hightlight was my ride home by Marcus, a porter. What a kind young man. He was professional and courteous! His kindness made my day. A true gem at Al Serra! Will definitely return!! 10/10!

Called and left a message and still haven't received a call back in regards to work that was done on my car. The insurance claim was closed. They got their money and yet there's a part that still needs to be fixed and I haven't heard back from AL Serra
