My son bought a car a year ago with the as is box checked, handed Al Serra $14,000 cash. Stopped running the next day. They took a look and confirmed it needed a new engine. Told us to pound sand. You haven’t lived until you see your kid get screwed out of $14,000 . Enjoy your castle Al Serra!

I recently purchased a vehicle at Al Serra Auto Plaza and had Kevin Yzquierdo as my salesman. After looking around for 2 months at about 25 dealerships and lots for a used vehicle, with no success, I contacted Kevin to help me find a vehicle. I couldn't believe the selection of cars I had the opportunity to look at and Kevin finally found EXACTLY what I was looking for. Kevin went way out of his way to make me feel comfortable, not pushed, into purchasing a car and made the sale happen, quickly and efficiently as possible, since I had been without a car for two months. Kevin even found me reasonable and the lowest financing possible to boot! I love my car and it was all possible because of the great salesmanship of Kevin.
