I’ve gone to Pytel Vetrinary Clinic for over 20 years. Dr. Patel and his staff have always made me feel my pet was is in the best care and that they loved what they were doing.

Love the actual Vets and vet techs here, they're very professional, compassionate, and willing to work with clients/patients. The receptionists at the front desk are another story though, they both have short, grumpy, sour attitudes and aren't willing to work with you at all. If anything they often make you feel stupid and foolish for asking questions or just trying to schedule an appointment. They act like you're rude for just calling to schedule an appointment. Honestly, I wish they'd be replaced with someone more personable and compassionate because I'm sick of being greeted with a terrible attitude and being treated like I'm an idiot when I just want to schedule an appointment for my cat.

I love Dr pytel but the girls when you call and the front desk lady’s are so rude and unhelpful! I hate calling and setting up appointments or calling in for emergency questions they are snarky and judgmental ?

Tried to call to set up a new patient appointment and an angry sounding woman answered, asked if I could hold, said something about “I am not going to..” at which point she hung up on me. Apparently they do not want any additional business!

Great Doc and staff! We have been patients of Dr Pytel since he opened and have always been very happy with the level of care our fur babies have recieved. Did I mention the staff is just what you hope for in a vet clinic? The love they have for animals is very much appreciated!!

I started going to Dr. Pytel in January 2024 because my vet of 20 years retired. I waited to write this review until after I had both of my full grown rotties spayed here to ensure that I was completely happy with their services. I can 110% assure you that this vet & his staff are the best around. I am so impressed by how caring and great everyone at this office has been with me and my dogs. My dogs' spays went flawlessly and they recovered so fast after their surgeries. It's obvious that they were handled with care. Dr. Pytel has great prices, he listens to your concerns, you don't have to come into contact with other animals, you can go in the room with your pet, and the office is extremely clean. They also only give thimerosol free rabies vaccines, which was very important to me. His vet tech, Katie, is amazing! She is so good with my dogs and she is just a sweetheart. The ladies at the front desk are also very nice. If you are looking for a new vet, I cannot recommend this place enough. Excellent Vet!!

I'm absolutely discussed with this place. I called for an emergency bc my pets hip dysplasia got so badly and needed to be put down and she literally told me good luck and go to your own vet....mind blown!!! After explaining what needed done, The receptionist literally said yeah well good luck and we are busy. Then hung up on me!! I will never bring any pet here again.
