“It's a dollar store. They have lots of items to choose from. Tons of little toys and household iems. Snacks galore! A large balloon selection and party supplies and favors. Quality is not bad for the cost! ???”

“It's rare that I participate in a survey, but I was impressed the moment I walked in the door and was greated with a jovial "Helll-oooo" while the cashier was checking someone out. I honed in on his interactions at the front while I shopped and noticed genuine interest and enthusiasm in his voice with each customer. His good mood was contagious. In an age where quality customer service seems lost, Daniel shines. Take care of that boy, he is certainly taking care of your store and customers. “The store on Belsày road is always kept up, and by kept up I mean stocked well with merchandise, clean floors, cash out àrea, honestly the whole store and the staff are always friendly, never hesitate to help. I highly recommend this store to anyone in the area! (Belsay road, in the old Kmart/Kroger plaza near train tracks. Or say by Walmart.This store has a lil bit of everything you could possibly need for your home, from crafts to basic automotive items, cleaning supplies, pet supplies, school supplies, Holiday Decor and household decor needs. I promise you will enjoy shopping here!!”
“I give a 5 for Kawon working the register. I walked in and had to use the bathroom and a woman(employee from another store) wasn’t happy with working this one. I asked if there was a bathroom and she turned to this young man, Kawon, he was all smiles. After shopping I checked out with him, thankfully. Thank you for your service and time Kawon I left feeling better than I came in! & hopefully that lady doesn’t transfer anymore??♀️”
“Really nice staff. They have a lot of inventory and I’m really happy to have this store in our area! It’s unfair to blame them because they had technical issues. I was there shopping when they were struggling with system glitches and it was not the fault of Dollar General.”

“Probably one of the best/better Dollar Generals in the Flint/Burton area. Its super close to home which makes it easy to do a quick run up for needed supplies or groceries. I've been going here since I was a kid and honestly they've done a lot of remodeling and improvement through the years.
Only complaint is due to remodeling, they often change the placement of certain items which can be a little confusing for recurring shoppers, and staff is a little low meaning you might have to wait a minute or two before checking out somedays, but I feel that could easily be fixed with a bell or alert that someone is up front. Fixing the self checkout would also help out quite a lot.
Otherwise, it's a great store for quick or cheaper shopping!!”

“The family dollar is a good place for a quick trip for a few groceries and their prices are quite low compared to a convenience store and there is a variety of household items,cleaning supplies and even toys and pet supplies,it’s fast,cheap and the employees are always very friendly and helpful.”
“The store looks a bit run down but don't let that foil you. They have a huge selection of things you wouldn't even think a smaller store would have. It's clean everything is easy to find they reload PayPal and Netspend cards and best of the all the workers I come in contact with are super friendly and helpful. I go out of my way to come to this family dollar. The one closest to me is not clean and doesn't have the friendly workers like here.”
“You can find some good deals! Many stores have quite a bit of arts and crafts stuff. Each store often has a little different variety. Now they are adding dollar tree plus areas where stuff in that aisle can be up to five dollars. This helps to give more variety. I stopped at a gas station for a phone charging cord and they wanted twenty dollars! I went to dollar tree and found one for a dollar twenty five! Thank you Dollar Tree!”

“Just wanted to make this a known fact, that Dollar General employee's have NO control over anyone's Dollar General Digitals!!! Also we have no control of the site!(As in what's in stock and whats not) so please respect everyone as we all are trying to make it threw this terrible pandemic and not scream and yell at anyone over any of that!

“I made a pre order on the app. There seems to be a serious problem with all these stores because they can't seem to handle internet orders. See my review about the Goodrich Dollar General. I came to this store because of how bad the other stores were. Now, yes, this store had the exact same problem. HOWEVER, they did not have the same manager. This wonderful lady stopped everything, made several calls to complain, then hand picked my order on the spot. OUTSTANDING service, and I will be back. So should you!”

“The store employees are awesome! So polite and helpful! However the area looks like a war zone. The landlord needs to be contacted to improve parking lot, street sign, landscaping, etc. I live here and the pride of the area is lacking!!!!!!!!!”
