great post office. clean, clean smelling, great service. i dont think people know that you prep your stuff FOR the post office. they arent there to box and tape everything you have. bringing your stuff and showing a clerk where it goes on your phone is not how it works. *** Frequent Postal Customer***

The new guy that does our route is slow!! We usually get out mail around 10-1030.. it’s almost 1230!!

One of the worst to get packages and mail from . Literally says we try to deliver your package and you weren’t home slips all the time when we watch them go literally write it and go with out even trying . Leaving packages when you do get them in the snow or a puddle and the box and items get ruin . Getting other people mail all the time on top of it . So disappointed

Mike is by far the most helpful Postal worker I have ever dealt with. Prior to using the Goodells Post Office, I rarely had positive experiences. He actually helps instead of standing there, pointing at the screen, and not speaking a word.

Mike at the Goodells Post Office is amazing- always extra helpful, and ALWAYS has a smile and a kind word for everyone! On multiple occasions he has suggested ways to save a dollar or two on postage, but the best part of all is his attitude. Well done sir!

I dont know what happened to the lady that used to do our route but the new guy is getting frustrating. He slams our mailbox closed too hard and it bends back making it incredibly difficult to open(so we can't get our mail from our cars now we have to get out to force open the box). He has shoved multiple decent sized packages into the box and then shoved a letter in last effectively ruining the letter. And our family gets up later in the day and im pretty vigilant when my dog is outside so the mail carriers don't have to worry but the one time I saw him pull in so I ran to get my dog he just layed on the horn until I got to the cart. The lady we used to have was amazing and never minded my dog and always gave her treats when she could and would make sure if there is gonna be too much in the box she would bring it to the door instead of shoving everything in and ruining it.

Mail carrier does great for the most part. Today however, the delivery lady just left my package on the ground near the driveway entrance. The font porch was about 30 feet away. Very lazy and unprofessional.
