We had to have our dog put down this week. The staff from the receptionist to the vet tech to the dr were so nice and supportive. They even did a clay paw print Thanks for making a difficult time easier.

Our puppy, who has been seen by you for vaccinations, woke up unable to walk! I called and found out I couldn’t get her an appointment for a week. They keep zero time slots open for their customers for same day appointments. What a sad way to run a business.

Wouldn't recommend taking your pet here. No compassion and definitely don't keep owners concerns in mind when treating your pet.

These people are so amazing. They are kind, professional, and truly care about your animals. They have shown nothing but grace and positivity towards me and my kitten, and have worked with me to go with the best options moving forward. I highly recommend the Bakers. Their staff is also great and the best.

I feel this Veterinary Clinic is the best around. After calling all the “local” vets and explaining my cats situation it was going to be 2-4 weeks before she was going to be seen. I was then referred to call an emergency vet. I then remembered seeing this vet in Gobles. I called this am and they were able to see our Bravery today.
