I have rented from Glen Craft for a number of years. They are always friendly and willing to help accommodate renters when they can. Their rentals are in excellent condition and always very clean. The Glen Lakes can be tricky to navigate due to the shallow and rocky areas around the shoreline. Glen Craft Marina has excellent maps to help you stay out of the tricky areas.

They had great rates for boat rentals, in addition to easy parking and helpful staff. Our party was able to get in and get on the boat quickly, and check-in/check-out was a breeze. We had a great time on the lake and would recommend the marina and their rentals to anyone! The large pontoon boat we rented had seen some glory days before us, but overall it was in great working order and felt safe and secure. The bluetooth connection to the pretty generous speaker system was a huge hit for the whole party - sorry to everyone on the lake who heard too much Taylor Swift all day.
I will say they could work on getting the boats in shape for the rental a bit better... We arrived a few minutes early and the boat was still being brought up to the dock. Once it was docked, we got on with the staff member helping us and it was clear they hadn't cleaned it since the last rental. Snacks, empty beverages, and general grime everywhere... But we ended up making a pretty big mess in the boat and they didn't care much, so I guess as long as that's the policy, the price and the quality could be considered pretty great!

Wonderful pontoon boat. Frannie was terrific with everything. Perfect day on the water. Tubing was excellent. Everyone had a great time! Service was excellent! Would definitely rent from them again.

The entire staff at the marina was very friendly and professional. The boat as well as the marina were very clean and ready to go when we arrived. I will definitely go back next year.

I loved the staff at Glencraft, so easy going, great at teaching us the safety and use of the jet skis and all-around great experience. We rented two jet skis one day, and a pontoon boat the next. I highly recommend Glen Craft Marina.

We had a great experience with Glen Craft Marina. They had plenty of staff to help everyone quickly. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. They gave us good information about using the boat and getting us on our way. When we brought the boat back in, everyone was very helpful and professional. We will definitely go back.

The staff was professional and very helpful throughout our entire weekly rental (Jack was super helpful in trying to resolve our issues). We were disappointed in the condition of the tritoon boat we were provided. The boat had 2 main issues: 1) the depth finder was inoperable 2) the boat speakers were not working properly - sound was crackling as if the speakers were damaged. Unfortunately, we were given the oldest boat in the fleet and it showed. We have only had great experiences with Glen Craft in the past so we will give them the benefit of the doubt that our next rental experience will be a good one.

10/10 recommend! My family and I rented a Pontoon boat for the day and had a great time out on the water! Corbin helped us out and provided incredible customer service! Glen Craft Marina made it very quick and easy for our family to have an amazing time!

Yikes! Think twice before entrusting them with your boat. This is not our first time renting from them. The people are nice enough but man, what a royal mess up! They rented us someone’s private boat. The guy showed up and wanted his boat, naturally.
Our 5 hour rental turned out to be a 1.5 hour joy ride in someone else’s boat. In the end they said they would comp us 20% for our trouble but really the whole situation ruined the good lake vibes and frankly 20% was not enough. We declined getting on the actual boat we were supposed to have been given and received a full refund.
Be aware if you rent a slip with them, they could be renting out your boat.

Poor customer service. Doesn't return calls, texts or msgs re: rental. When you finally get someone, they're all booked up.
Guess you can be like that when little competition. But not a good business model. Nor when word of mouth spreads. Shows Poor ownership.

Excellent service and atmosphere. First class rental equipment (we did a walk-in for jet skis). Finn, Boden, and Jack took great care of us with equipment demos, fueling, etc. Will definitely be back!
