These guys and ladies go Way beyond exceptional service to make sure that you are satisfied, happy, and pleased to service your propane needs whenever I call they are so polite, respectful, and joyful to talk to a huge shout out to Amy for filling my 20lb cylinder on a cold snowy day keep up the great work Ziehm.

This gas company is a joke. We recently bought a house and were looking at getting our tank replaced with a more efficient newer one for this winter. We called to see about staying with them and were met with the rudest people I've ever encountered. We were told they only switch out tanks in the spring and it had to be almost empty. After the terrible attitude we received we promptly called Ferrel gas and within 2 weeks we had a new tank installed. We called at the end of November for them to come get their empty tank and was told they would "come get it eventually sometime", here it is March 1st and this ugly eyesore is still in my front yard. Called again today and was told by Kim that they do not come get tanks until spring. We asked when that would be she responded with "whenever we arent so busy delivering gas, if you need it moved you can move it". The WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ever. Come get your junk out of my yard. Spend a little more and get a company with 10 fold better customer service. If I could rate negative stars I would.

Great prices. Cheapest you can get without getting locked in and then still cheaper than locked in at some places.. Always comes within a reasonable amount of time and the driver is a good feller.
