Great staff! I walked in with, literally, 7 minutes til the bank closed and they were able to get me a new debit card, get me a print out of past months account activity, make a deposit into spouse account for her, and quickly went over all transactions. Not once during this 7 minutes, did I feel rushed in the least and I felt we did a thorough job. Thank you Gladwin PNC Staff?

I love PNC bank. I have had accounts at other banks but this one is the best. Customer service is amazing, I adore Tracey and the other people who work there. The greeter is always smiling and friendly.

Generally decent branch. Till Tina and Helen were 'displaced', due to the Harrison branch being closed. Just glad Teesha is still there. Only teller I'm comfortable dealing with now.?

I called my Local PNC bank in Gladwin as my Debit Card was about to expire and I had NOT received a new card yet. It was determined a new card was sent by PNC Corporate over 2 weeks ago. PNC Gladwin said to stop by and they would take care of getting me a new card INSTANTLY and make sure the "lost" card was cancelled and new one activated. I took them up on their offer and It took me longer to drive to the bank than it did for them to make a new plastic Debit card and cancel my old one. I mean, it took less than 3 minutes. THANKS SERVICE. Now I just have to go in and update online accounts that had my old debit card numbers for auto-payment's to go through with the new card numbers and exp dates.

I am not aware about this branch in particular, but PNC service sucks! I wish have not been their costumer. I am so pissed off and believe me this is the first negative review that I am writing in my life. I close the account a year ago and the “gentleman†on the phone did not close all three components of my account even that I said that. They kept the saving account open and because I had one cent they charged me $20 monthly fee and that's how I was informed that the account was kept open. To close the account I had to travel one hour and a half to the closest branch because they were not competent/professional to do it on the phone. Even that I closed the account they sent me forms to complete for my wife after a year of closing the account. … and now …. I have to travel again 1 hours and a half to let some “gentlemen†know that we are not their costumers anymore. Hope you guys read this and do not go through the same experience I have with this totally unprofessional bank.
