Brought my car in for a oil change and a filter rotate the tires put a serpentine belt on they recommended me servicing the transmission I got it back with a total mess transmission went out blowing fluid out everywhere wouldn't shift need to get a mechanic that knows how to change transmission fluid

My experience with ford was excellent. They provided a 2024 loaner car. Pick up and drop service to my house. They fixed my car in a timely manner. Every person working there is nice and knowledgeable. I would recommend people to go there for buying a car and servicing cars. Thank you ford for all you do!

My husband's 2019. F150 was put into the shop there after he broke down. It took this dealership 14 weeks and five days to finally get our vehicle back to us. There was always an excuse or another that they came up with I would never recommend them for anything. I really truly believe they do not have a good service staff and communication is horrible.

Excellent experience but disappointed that today the truck’s engine light came back on. Disappointed b/c it cost me just under $700 for the repair!!! However, the vehicle concerns were completely addressed the second time around & all the rodent damage was fixed & our vehicle is running fantastic. We took it with our travel trailer & had zero issues. Thank you for the fix & competency of the service department!!!

Bought a 2015 Audi q7 April 2024 for $11k. Vehicle needed an oil change at purchase. Took to Audi dealership immediately. Within 550 miles, oil light came on. Suv was burning a quart of oil every 550 miles. Car needs a new engine to solve. Buyers beware. There is no way this dealership did not know this however they did not disclose it.

Katie worked with me to make it happen. No problem with the Maverick dealer ship. A good experience with the Dealer. What Ford Mangement did to my 2024 Badlands with no Nav button or free GPS government link is another story. NO GPS so I'm installing a small screen free US government GPS and when everyone says how come it isn't on your Badlands screen, I'll tell them how I got screwed by Ford trying to charge me for GPS every month. In fact, I'm all over the net right now telling everyone and on social media. Ford sales will fall. I don't have a Coporate spy phone on the net for GPS. Chisler's!!!!!!
