“The guy who owns this place and manages it, is probably the kindest person. He treats people with respect and he cares for his customers. My whole family know him and all think he is a really great person. He helps when others walk away. I'm thankful for him and also thankful he gets kratom in his store.I appreciate his store and him.Thank you”

“Good place to stop for snacks and drinks instead of driving into town. Gas tends to run about 10 cents a gallon more than in town, but there is a price to convience.”

“My sister and I were visiting are parents and they didn’t have any Sarjento cheese. We obviously needed to make an emergency run to the store and this was located conveniently 3.6 miles away. It was a pleasant drive with not too much traffic, and no traffic lights in between our locations. It was a very scenic drive as it is currently October and the beautiful Michigan colors are in full swing. Sarjento Cheese, as many know, is the epitome of class and high end charcuterie. Frequently served with caviar and elite golf luncheons. While we didn’t use the bathroom, our mom did (in a separate trip), and found the facilities cleaner than the average city bus. The soap was a pleasant pearly white, and the paper towels were brown, indicating that they may have been made from eco friendly materials. There is no hook for a purse but the toilet paper dispenser worked just fine. They stock a wide variety of Sarjento cheese, including grated, sliced, and individually wrapped sticks. We bought provolone slices and individually wrapped mozzarella sticks. This is clearly a high class establishment. In fact, it may be the most elite grocery store in all of Gladwin. My sister flew across the country to see this fine enterprise, and it was absolutely worth it. They have plenty of self checkout options with different lengths of belts, to fit your specific needs, depending on how much Sarjento cheese you are buying. My sister made a tuna wrap with an individually wrapped mozzarella stick, and I made a grilled turkey and pre-sliced provolone sandwich with plant-based butter. They were both delicious. At first, I was worried about the sliced cheese sticking to itself because the slices were not individually wrapped, like the mozzarella sticks. They pulled apart just fine even without the little papers between the slices. Some varieties of Sarjento cheese have little papers between the slices to keep them from sticking together, but it was not necessary for the provolone variety. We highly recommend this store for anyone looking to impress a high class family member, or for emergency Tuesday afternoon cheese runs. 12/12 :)”
