I went to Kocur's because an oil change business said I had an issue. I wanted some place local and small enough that wouldn't have a corporate attitude. Kurt got me in the next morning, offering to drive me home and pick me up if I didn't want to hang out at the garage. In less than 5 minutes they had the car on the lift, inspected, and found there was no issue. At my request they rotated my tires. They even recommended 3 maintenance jobs due and printed out price sheets for each job when I decided to schedule them. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

The understanding and compassion in the crew when complicated electronical issues started occurring was effect, and issues were well taken care of,addressed all concerns a d reassured of the quality NAPaa auto parts gauntlet, ver pleased with quality of ethics of the Team and how effectively they worked as a crew to address all issues presented in a reassuring kind/friendly manner, as well as pet friendly for my 11 week old 3 lb chihuweenie to feel at home and safe, good care and support with all vehicle issues as well as others that were of normal wear and tear not under warranty, really work with the customer to ensure dependability of ride with assurance of added service contract. WOULD SO RECOMMEND 10/10 in customer relations and effiencr in details when explaining to the nerodiverant community with no discrimination or judgment, very trustworthy, See Kocur for all your auto issues and if you need in a ride today, just say hey ,Crystal or Scott sent ya ;) take care and carry on...Stay Kind, we appreciate all your support, thanks for assisting, will always be grateful for the care, after my vehicle took a dump, they took me under their wing and said sire thing we will get you out today, thanks again, means the world ? times ten!!!

Highly recommend staying away from this business forr any foreign vehicle repairs.
Took once in November 2023 to fix water pump which they overcharged for in labor cost. Just took back again after finding some mechanical mistakes they made (they did not confess to) from November along with an engine leak diagnostic check. After three weeks of mis-diagnostics with nothing but a 1.8 hour labor charge, I just towed away and now taking to a more reliable and honest auto repair shop.
