Robin has been very accommodating, with my two pups, Boris and Abby. I usually go at a moments notice and thus far she has had room for me. FYI, she also grooms. So your dog can look aces when you get home.

THEY Gave my dogs collar to someone else and nicked my dogs ear, closed it with crazy gle and didn't inform me. Got my baby home and her ear started to bleed. Needed vet visit. Would NOT RECOMMEND this place at all!!!!!

We have 2 little dogs chaser who is about 11 pom terrier mix and Lexi who is just under a year and Jack russel terrier. I took chaser in for the works and was very worried about him being a j*** face when he got his nails done because he even snaps at me he hates it. And Lexi has the energy of a preschool about 85% of the time and that was the first time to a groomer she had her nails clipped. I will ALWAYS take both my baby dogs here and am extremely happy with how well they treat their animal clients and the patience and understanding they have w old confused puppies ❤

Robin was great! I took my long haired cat to see her for hair mats and she was so gentle with him. Most definitely I will be bringing him back.

I have a jack Russell named.babe.she is 11 years old,I've had her since.she was about 7/8 months old.I am 75 years old.its hard for myselfToo do her nails.i was up to galdwin last week deer hunting,no luck.But was able to stop at pet shop.found out I could get nails done for $5.00. down in mt.morris.mi. we're I live year around it would cost $20.00/25.00. lucky me.

Robin is so good with my dog. She meets me outside due to Covid. I always feel safe at It's a Dog's World. I use this business for both boarding and grooming and I've never been disappointed.
