Drove 30 min to get a part they said they had multiples of. They sold me a junk part then didn't have another to replace it. Told my mechanic buddy about it and they sold him 2 bad motors and cost him almost 4000

Don't know how they stay in business, they never have what you are lookin for and they don't seem intrested in helping to locate the part ,been there probably 10 times and same story and they're never friendly kinda feels like they just want you out of their building

A real family owned and operated business. The owners are the nicest people you could do business with. And the staff is very attentive and polite. I would recommend them to my friends and family. They have thousands of parts cars as well as car parts for hundreds of makes and models. Quality parts at significant savings from what the auto parts stores want to charge you. Sometimes there may be a waiting list which bothers some folks, but if there is a line there must be a reason. Check them out you won't be disappointed.

These guys were awesome! I had to find a side window for my 1995 Ford van. I am in Utah. Safelite wanted $400 installed….,,if they could find it. I contacted Gladwin‘s auto salvage in Michigan because an Internet search showed that they were one of only three salvage yards in the United States that might have the window I needed. The person helping me immediately went out in the yard and did a search. We exchanged several photos until we were sure we had the right window. He shipped it to me in Utah at a great price. It arrived undamaged and a perfect fit. I asked him to include the mounting hardware which he did at no extra cost. They were quick, careful, honest and fair . They didn’t gouge me even though they knew I was in a bind. That is service. I was very impressed.

Good place for parts and to purchase used vehicles. The owner is as honest as one can expect a auto salvage yard owner to be. He's in the business to make money buy from what I've seen he is honest as one case be. You must realize if he don't know you they must proceed with caution ( lots of backyard mechanics aren't the most trustworthy people). You can't blame the man nor his employees for this. You know as well as I do, people will surely take advantage of him so they must have a guard up. That said you will receive a quality part for a decent price. From what I've heard they will work with you and he won't send you down he road empty handed because your $2 short on a $50 part. And in my book, THAT GOES A LONG WAY!!

1) confirmed availability of a part over phone, and had the wrong part when I reached there2) much expensive than many other salvage yards that I visited
