The owners were super helpful, patient, and knew their products inside and out. They have a large selection of FlexSteel furniture in the store and several pieces available for same day delivery or special order. We purchased a new sofa and they were able to deliver it the same day. We were very happy to buy from a local business that takes pride in their customer service.

Lots of various furniture, including lamps, tables, powered and manual rocking chairs, sofas, etc. In the gift store there's an uncountable number of collectables ranging from precious moments to willow tree and charming tails all around a good stop for flexeteel furniture or a nice gift for someone special.

Looking for something UNIQUE for your home or for a gift, Wards pretty much has it. Cards are unbelievable cheap with a large selection to choice from. Huge selection of Holiday items. Need to see to believe if you haven't already. I gave it 5 stars duo to the items they carry and the help from the employees that make sure you get what you're looking for.

Furniture is above par. Delivery is friendly and prompt. Gift shop is amazing! Stunning dishware, gifts seem endless and service is personal, efficient and courteous. Wards has been the anchor business for downtown Gladwin for over 60 years! Have loved going in just to look, even, since I was 12 years old.
