I called Triple M Collision & Repair LLC and within 5 minutes of my call, Bob Buzzell was already here and got right to work. Before I could even say anything my car was unlocked. I attempted to pay him, and he told me, "this was free of charge, because first thing in the morning like this he likes to make people smile" Mind you this was my 1st time ever meeting the man as well.. I will never call another towing company again, you just earned a customer for life...
