“Brought my F350 here for a bad coolant leak. Ben took it without an appointment even tho they were super busy and we finally got it into a shop after calling around for a few days without luck. They squeezed us in right away and started working, they sent us pictures of the issues and got them taken care of. I'm super happy to have my truck back working great and great group of guys. I asked them to put together a list of things to be taken care of and pick away at as we go and it was honest and to the point and I will be bringing it here from now on for any work. I appreciate the trust that was quickly built both ways and everyone I've talked to was great ? just great mechanics doing a great job and thinking about their customers, can't ask for more than that. “In and out in a day the actual doge dealer in Escanaba laughed in my face when asked if I could get in next day said try a week. Was still a week wait for Jerry's but the guy behind the counter didn't laugh in my face apologized about the wait was very respectful and knocked out my problem same day the appointment was cant get any better customer service if you paid extra for it lol.”
