“I try to do as much work on my cars as I can. Having been ripped off before I was wary of going to a shop, but recently I needed help. I ran into a problem with a lower control arm that I just couldn't fix. . I found Palmer's online and read the reviews that said they were honest. I called them and hoped for the best. Honesty and fairness is exactly what I found. All of my interactions with staff were respectful and left me feeling good. They also ran into a problem with my car, and rather than taking advantage they called and offered a creative solution. At the end of the day it cost me far less than I expected and felt very fair.
