I came in a week after Village replaced the tires on my bike. I had a tube that just would not hold air suddenly after my weekend rides and needed either the parts to fix it or needed to have them take care of it. The staff quickly helped me out, inspected the rim and found no issue other than the tube. Within 10 minutes I had a new tube and village did not charge me for the work. They felt since the tire work was so recent they would cover the repair.

I recently brought my bike in after not riding it for a few years. The staff was very thorough in listening to my service inquiries and helped me get my tires fixed up. When I picked up the bike, I had a few questions about locks and the staff were so helpful in assisting me. Now I can ride again!

They were very honest and polite. Great to work with! Replaced both of the tires on my old bike for a reasonable cost and in a timely fashion. I will be shopping with them for my family’s bikes in the future.

I frequently use Village for repairs/tune ups to both my road bike and mtn bike. They're always upfront about how long they estimate the appt to take and are true to their word! They do what they say they're going to do, and that's good business.

I was very impressed with the entire process. Cory has a wealth of information and a clear passion for this work. It was 100% worth the investment. As a trainer, I was enthused to hear all the wisdom Cory had regarding my own physiologies, relationship to riding. I learned tips that will help my triathlon performance- and of course, my bike fit is on point. Never felt more comfortable riding. Would definitely recommend seeing Cory for a bike fit if you are a triathlete.
