Sunday August 15 2023 I got a flat tire on the way to an event. My husband came and got the car and had a new tire put on at Monro and two days later I had three more put on. From the moment I drove away with those tires, I had a problem in the steering. I brought it back to them and to several other places. Nobody could seem to figure out why there was a problem. Until just recently, when the mechanic told me it was because my tires were nine years old. Wait what! Nine years old? I just had them put on a year ago.
I went them back to Monro and the manager Mani was amazing at getting the problem corrected. Mani was so helpful. I got 4 new (actually new) tires and the problem is gone!
I appreciate Mani's warm personality.

My car takes synthetic blend and the guy today refused to do it and said he will only put full synthetic in my car cause that’s what their system says even though my cars manual book literally says SYNTHETIC BLEND. Idk if the guy was salty I got a Groupon instead of spending full price at the shop but nah. Just go next door for oil changes for crying out loud

They tried to overcharge me for a service and then when I said I would get done elsewhere they used scare tactics to change my mind. I spent $100 elsewhere instead of the $600 they quoted me. Young women be weary of this place.

Came in last year to get an alignment and everything went smooth, about a year later after installing new lower control arms and tie rods, I came back to get another alignment only to drive all the way there and be told no after already scheduling an appointment because I had coil overs installed. I had them installed last time and have made zero adjustments to them whatsoever, but I guess now its a problem? Plus customer service just wasn't good and I honestly wouldn't recommend coming here as they overcharge for mediocre work and you can find more experienced mechanics for a better price.

Scheduled appointment earlier in the week. So the parts would be ordered and there. Got there and they had NO ONE to work on a muffler today. My phone number was wrong (even though the correct one was confirmed 3 times on my phone call). Saturdays are the only days available in my schedule.

This would have been a five had it been for any of the services I’ve received in the past, which were numerous.
Last week my partner took my car in here as he had errands to do in town. I let him know they should have history of all my oil changes (it’s the only place I’ve gone for years) and know which option to choose. I told him it was synthetic blend and should be around 60$.
Instead of them checking my history they performed and charged him for a full synthetic oil change and told him no coupons were available. Every time I go there has always been a coupon (maybe cause I get the blend not full), either way this made the service almost double what it has been every other time I’ve been there.
Won’t be taking my car back there any longer as I feel like instead of checking history they charged the highest amount they could, and to me that’s not a good business.

Avoid this place at all costs. Their work is subpar and they will not backup their work. There are far better places in the area. Best thing for this hack shop is for them to go out of business.

I was asked to reschedule my appointment 3 times and when I went in for the appointment the third time they said they would not have time today and need to reschedule. Called belle tire and got in within 10 minutes and was cheaper.

Made an appointment a week ago to get new tires tomorrow. Monro in Jenson calls me tonight to ask me if they were supposed to order the tires I specified on the website when making the appointment. That they didn't have any tires for me and my alignment check week need to be done on Monday. I promptly cancelled.
