Had trouble getting my hound dog in for his shots at other vets called here great experience got me in the same day. The place was very clean. Will come back.

The staff, including the vet, were very kind and helpful during a stressful time with my pet. They got us in quickly for an appointment and treated us well. They were very clear about their policies. The building is old but the office and treatment room were tidy and recently renovated.

Amazing and personable staff that make you feel heard and taken seriously. After calling around a bunch of other places and a poor animal ER trip the night before, this place was able to get me in the day I called and help my one year old kitty after ingesting a string. They took their time to take the right steps and make us feel safe. Reasonable prices, too. Dr. Hilferty is great!

We brought our dog Lucy in for a dental procedure and we were beyond pleased with our experience! Their communication was excellent and everyone was so nice! Prices are very reasonable and the care they gave Lucy was top notch! I highly recommend Jenison Animal Hospital!

Family has been taking their pets to Jenison Animal Hospital for a very long time. We enjoyed Dr. Holt as our vet and wish him a happy retirement! It’s good to see that the facility is being updated and the quality of care is still there. The staff is very professional and kind. Just took my cat there for some concerns and they were quick to address it and make recommendations. :) People complaining about the prices obviously have not been to other places that charge just as much, if not more. Would highly recommend taking your pets here!

I am so thankful for Dr. Hilferty and the rest of the staff here! They are all so knowledgeable, flexible, caring and kind. We made the impossible decision to put down our golden retriever this week. They were so patient and kind and laid out all of the options for us and helped us make an informed decision for our sweet Maggie. We will continue taking our other dog there for years to come. Thank you for treating our girls like family, we won’t ever forget your kindness

We've been with Dr. Hilferty at his previous location for three of fours years and followed him here. We couldn't be happier with the excellent care, in-depth communication and personal touch he provides our Golden and expanding pet family. I see some of the negative reviews from the past but having been here now, the Staff was great, communicative and you can see real-time the updates that are happening to renovate, and bring the facility up to date. Big changes with a great Team and Doctor are coming.
