He charged me a slight fee for the new end. I needed a quality surge protector and he fixed me up with the right on for my t.v. and electronics. They have reasonable prices and carry good quality home entertainment products/systems. Buy local!”
“Awesome store! The employee was great, very helpful and pointed out the way so we could get our hands on the new games we were looking for. So if you are by the mall but don't want to get stuck in line or ignored by the employees busy with the volume of customers they striggle with, look no further! We left happy and didn't have to wait forever to buy a few games!”

I recently was quoted a better price by another store on a PS5, and they honored that quote, even though the other person was wrong. Never had a poor experience at this location, other than them occasionally being closed due to being short-staffed.”

I dropped my phone and broke the camera this morning. I only had a small window to get a phone after work. I had little to no expectations of actually getting a *phone*, let alone getting the entire experience I got.
Jackie and Maria sat and answered all my questions, even though it was nearing closing time on a Friday night. And before we were finished they had already called another local store (44th and Clyde Park) to have a case and charger set aside since they didn't have one in stock for the phone I chose, and didn't want me taking the risk of breaking another camera. Incredibly thoughtful.
I'll be changing this store to my "home store" and driving across town to come here from here on out.

3248 Alpine Ave NW, Walker“Pros for me are location, staff, selection, and online order services. When you order online it's almost always only a 1-2 hour wait. Other stores I've ordered and had to wait til the next day. They are always so quick to bring it to the car, they're the only place I've been to that actually takes time to funny confirm who's order it is. However, to order online I suggest the app, their website just doesn't work as well. Cons are prices, parking/traffic(not really in their control) and limited selection in their grocery dept.Also, please stop stocking those little house on the prairie dresses.. that trend's gone too far :D”

He warmly welcomed us as we entered the store and helped us for the final hour before closing with the huge task of doing individual price adjustments on dozens of items that were now on 20% off through tonight only. I appreciate his time, patience, energy and positive attitude. He stayed focused and was kind with a smile. His team was equally as kind, backing him up on return registers when other guests got in line. Thank you Eva, Katrina & Tori for being great teammates so Josh could help us! Thanks y'all! Back to Adrian tho, he is patient, kind, knowledgeable, creative, assertive and bilingual. I've experienced all of these characteristics the many times he's helped me over the years.
He's added phones, upsold phones, enabled apps, waited with me for customer service, explained options, suggested products, put screen protectors off and on, advised what to buy elsewhere that's compatible with Cricket services, taken payments and offered sound advice.
I think I may have switched from Cricket a time or two if not for him, but he is a true salesman, wonderful customer service, very much a quality employee and asset to the company. (I wish he would switch to AT & T too!)
The past roughly 10 years have been great Cricket, some ups and downs but nothing a good employee couldn't smooth over. Thanks again and the very best of wishes.”
