"My review will not justify just how amazing this Veterinarian clinic is, you will have to see for yourself to know how truly incredible they are. Starting with Dr.Nied an absolute wonder and I am so grateful for her straight forward approach and kind heart. Dr. Nied is attentive, honest, kind, extremely knowledgeable and truly cares about my pet. I could tell the moment we walked through the door this morning that we were in good hands!! Thank you so much for taking care of my special little guy. Brodie is my world we rescued each other! I will forever be grateful for your kindness and taking the time to acknowledge that my anxiety was important as well.Pet parents need reassurance that we are doing our best for our pet. As for the staff at Cottonwood Vet Clinic, they are extremely pleasant. The staff is so welcoming and sweet, they made me feel welcome and at ease, which is not an easy job when the pets parent is as anxious as I am!! You're doing an amazing job making a difference, keep up the great work! It is clear this team is exceptionally groomed and well trained by phenomenal leaders who have created a remarkable culture. We are thankful for each of you, your honesty and integrity is refreshing and appreciated. You're now stuck with our pet family for life, as we will be loyal to your services. Would not recommend to anyone. They seem to not care about anything but a paycheck. They don't ask questions and ignore concerns, yet will charge you way too much for visits and services. Our dog was having itchy ears and they weren't smelling great. The vet didn't even look and said he was fine. Took him back again a couple weeks later because of other issues and re told his ear issues and they finally looked and sure enough he had an ear infection. They also ignored questions about his dietary stuff when our little pup was having digestion issues. We then took him somewhere else and they sat down and wrote out all the options of what it could be and we worked through it together. We just talked to some other people that also have taken their pets here and they also were telling us that they had similar experiences. I would never recommend this place to anyone, take your pets somewhere else if you want vets that actually care about the well-being of your pet.

Do not go here if you need prescription meds, such as Apoquel. They will not approve any prescriptions purchased from outside sources and their costs are higher than said sources. I have to find a new vet and pay for a visit just to get my pup the meds he needs at a reasonable cost.

Do NOT take your animals here. My first interaction with this vet was during COVID, so you are not allowed to go in with your pup. My appt was at 4 and no one came out to my car until 4:45. If you have a dog who has car anxiety, you know how annoying this 45 minutes was. No apology or anything, I didn’t really mind, but wasn’t the greatest first impression. The staff is amazing! Our family has gone to Cottonwood for over 15 years. They’ve helped guide us through dog emergencies, new puppy troubles and the difficult stage of saying goodbye. I appreciate how they take the time to explain things and answer questions. My dog actually licks her lips when we pull in; she knows her vet has treats & belly rubs

These people did everything they could for my boy Bentley. And when I we had to put him to sleep they were kind and respectful, and they sent my family a very loving card with notes from the entire staff. This is a wonderful place and I appreciate everyone I've worked with there.

This veterinary office is absolutely wonderful. We had a very bad experience with our prior vet clinic that is here in the area twice now and I was not about to allow them to have three strikes so we moved to Cottonwood and I couldn’t be happier. They got us in the same day we called for our dog and scheduled her surgery for 2 days later when her vet that she has been going to her entire life wouldn’t see her for 5 days. The staff here is great, very personable, and very caring. Thank you so much to all of you.
