“Good people, don't be fooled by the looks of those coming in and out of the store. If you're not a smoker, not the place for you. However, they do have some nice apparel to represent the West Side of GR called 616 West. I've purchased a few things from there, and I love it. Very comfortable clothing. Nice art work on the walls as well.”

“My daughter is very modest and we have trouble finding her clothes that she feels comfortable in. We had a special occasion we were shopping for. We stopped in to Onalee's and explained this. Woman working gave us several suggestions for her to try on. She spent time talking with my daughter about what she liked and didn't like. My shy daughter left raving about how she wants to go back because the lady was so nice and she liked the clothes she tried on. The woman was so kind and patient because we tried on a LOT of different tops. I certainly plan to go back. This is my go to boutique now!!!”
“We had a big box of returns and Isabella took amazing care of us. She made sure everything was returned properly and helped us with anything that we were exchanging. She even helped us find everything in the store and even found alternatives if there was something that she couldn't find. I would highly recommend shopping at this location.”
“They have a large selection of up to date clothing for teens and adults too. My granddaughter likes to go when we are school shopping. There are lots of stuff to choose from. However, I do feel it to be a bit spendy myself.”

“My 100% favorite store... The store is clean and organized despite the busyness. I literally have to walk the whole store after I find everything I'm gonna get (notice I didn't say want) to put some stuff back because I keep finding things I want more. The prices are amazing. I think The Goodwill is more expensive for used stuff, but that's a whole other review.”
“I just want to say the young lady managing the fitting rooms at the Rivertown Crossing Mall today is a Rockstar! She was prompt, kind, friendly and courteous. I never saw her stop moving, she was very efficient. She even picked out an outfit for my daughter to try, just because she thought it would look good. :)”

“Went into Pacsun to exchange a a pair of discounted pants, that I bought online, but were too big.Hannah, the associate that helped me, not only let me exchange those pants for a totally different pair because they no longer carried the one I bought, but she also applied the in store promotion that was going on.Thanks, Hannah you’re customer service carried through from the beginning of my visit till the end.”
